Greene County, Missouri Office of Emergency Management has received approval to host and proctor the International Association of Emergency Managers (IAEM) Certified Emergency Manager/Associate Emergency Manager Exam on August 9th at the Greene County Archives Training Center. This is a great chance to take this exam locally, August 9, 2010 and obtain credentials for your experience in our field.

Our Charter...
"The purpose of this Association shall be: To coordinate the efforts of its members in a common front, as they protect the lives and property of all persons within its territorial limits against man-made or natural disasters, and to preserve our national security...To serve as a clearinghouse for ideas, suggestions, and courses of action between our members...To act in concert with a professional advisory capacity to other organizations, local emergency management agencies and input to state and federal agencies regarding or upgrading emergency management capabilities."
